Perform each exercise for 30-60 seconds and repeat for 2-3 rounds throughout the day 👌

*Cat/Cow: sitting on your sit bones...inhale arch up nice and tall, exhale curl down.

*Hamstring Kicks: again on your sit bones...point your toe and kick up to come parallel with the floor. Repeat on the other side.

*Hip Release: cross one leg over the other. Inhale sit up nice and tall. Exhale press slightly down on the parallel knee. (Avoid if feeling numbness/pain on ankle or leg)

*Counter/Chair Release: feels great on your hamstrings. 😌Keep arms nice and soft. Pinch shoulder blades. Keep a flat back and lean back into your hips.

*Calf Release: grab a weight or book of some sort that will lift your back foot off the ground as you lean slightly forward. Great for those tight calves we get throughout the day. 👌
