I’ve tried so many things before. How is this different?

You're not alone. Most of the women I work with have tried countless diets, challenges, meal plans, and "starting over on Monday." They don't need more information, they need a different approach.

Instead of relying on restriction, perfection, or willpower, we'll focus on building sustainable habits, improving your relationship with food, and creating changes that fit into your real life. The goal isn't to help you be "good" for a few weeks. It's to help you create a lifestyle you can actually maintain.


Will I have to count calories or track everything I eat?

No. While there may be seasons where tracking can be a helpful tool for some individuals, it isn't the foundation of my approach. I believe food awareness and education are far more important than obsession and perfection.

You'll learn how to nourish your body, recognize what works for you, and make confident choices without feeling like you have to monitor every bite forever.


I'm busy. What if I don't have time to overhaul my entire life?

You're exactly who I work with.

As a mom of four, I understand what it feels like to juggle family, work, activities, and all of the unexpected things life throws your way.

That's great.
