Baked Chicken & Ham with Cranberry Sauce
Have leftover ham or cranberries from the holidays that you’re not sure what to do with? Don’t throw it out just yet. This simple chicken and ham cranberry combo is perfect to use up those leftover ingredients and super savory!
Baked Chicken & Ham with Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
Organic Chicken Breasts
Seasoned with Himalayan Salt, Pepper, and Rosemary
Leftover Ham Slices
Olive Oil
Asparagus
Seasoned with Salt & Pepper
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
12 oz. Cranberries
1 Apple, peeled & diced
2-3 Tbs. 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1.5 C. Water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Drizzle oil on baking pan and place seasoned chicken on pan. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
In a bowl drizzle oil, s&p on asparagus and toss.
Pull out chicken & place ham slices on top or to the side. Place asparagus on baking sheet as well. Bake for another 10 minutes (or until chicken reaches a temp of at least 165 F)
For Cranberry Sauce: place all ingredients in a pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Place in a high powered blender until smooth.
Drizzle cranberry sauce over chicken & ham. Serve with baked asparagus and enjoy!
