Gut Healing & Flu/Cold Cure
Let's talk Bone Both real quick.
I know. Not the most enticing name...but it honestly has SOOO many benefits.
What is Bone Broth?
Bone broth is the processing of heating the bones of healthy animals along with vegetables, herbs, and spices. This mineral-rich infusion process brings out all the rich minerals and dense nutrients that were lost (or rather not brought out) in regular cooking.
What are the benefits of Bone Broth?
There are so many benefits so I'm just going to list a good chunk of them here:
*Improves Digestion
*Improves Allergies
*Improves/Boosts Immune System (great for when you have a cold/flu)
*Improves Brain Health
*Supports joints, hair, skin, and nails because of the high collagen content found in bone broth
*Highly Nutrient-Dense Food
*Great for bone and tooth health because of the high calcium, and magnesium content
*Can help reduce cellulite by improving the connective tissue
and so, so much more!
How to consume/incorporate Bone Broth.
Bone broth can be used in many ways. One of the most common is in soups or dishes.
Another common way is by simply warming and drinking a cup a day.
I often make a big batch and place them in small mason jars for easy consumption throughout the week.
Recipe for Bone Broth
There are so many recipes out there, but here's a very simple one that you can incorporate very easily and have done in less than 5 minutes.
I usually save the bones from a cooked whole chicken that I've made in the past to make it simple.
